Hi Everyone!

I've had my AB/B S Conv for about 2 months now, and I love it more and more everyday! I have to be honest; for someone who would rather drive a 60's or 70's muscle car every day instead of anything new, the MINI is the last thing I expected to buy. I test drove everything in my price range that was a 2dr convertible. I was really disappointed until I took a demo MCSC home for the weekend (thanks Knauz!). I was sold. 2 months and a huge, dramatic sales issue (thanks to a shady sales person at Patrick- a story for a later thread), I got my Mini. I love it and I love meeting other miniacs!

Everything is flooded here right now, but hopefully tomorrow will be dry and I can enjoy some motoring with the top down!

Congrats! With what I heard about the weather in Chi-town, I thought for sure it blew off the map, or fell into Lake Michigan.... Got many friends up there.
