Good luck on trying to get ANYTHING NEW from Rota! Unless you order and pay for 5 sets up front! I called and asked if anyone of there dealers could order a set of wheels I wanted? They said NO, I would need to order 5 sets of wheels. I also called a dealer and they told me the same thing! There customer service SUCKS!!! Go to Centerline Wheels there 17X7's are priced to MOVE! If you hear bad things about Centerlines cracking it was true! They did make them too light at less than 11lbs. Now they are at 15 to 16lbs. Now they don't have issues. The guy I talked to said they did have issues with them cracking. He answered all my questions about the past issues. I ordered a set last night.
I guess you have to know who to ask! I have a set of these in transit as we speak.
I called the phone # on the Rota Wheels web site and talk to a guy. I asked for there biggest dealer they had in the US, he had me call 18racing or something like that. I called and talk to a lady and she told me the same thing! So who do you know?
I was looking at the WM-7 in any color! There wheels are painted ( i.e. cheep & easy to remove. ) and I was going to have them polished on the face & powder coated! Years ago I worked part time for a polishing shop.
Unless you order and pay for 5 sets up front!
