WTB Parking Brake Boot ring- 03 MCS

The plastic connecting ring on my parking brake boot is broken, and I'm looking for a new one, either with or without the actual boot itself. Aside from the JCWs version, I can't find an aftermarket that includes the ring itself, and between what my local dealer wants for a new OEM one and my desire to have the parking brake and shift boots match, I'm reluctant to buy a JCW or replacement just to get a piece of plastic.

Thanks!

Are you talking about the hidden plastic piece that is attached to the boot on the parking brake handle?

That's 100% correct. I'll see if I still have my broken one to take a pic of it, or else I'll have to search up a pick of a whole one online.

It's not available separate from the boot as OEM, at least according to all of the websites I've looked at and my local dealership.

Thank!

redlinegoods.com I believe they sell them with their boots, you might be able to get it seperately

Redline was the first place I looked, actually. They do not come with the plastic attachment piece. Thanks for the help, though!

I may have what you need, which is actually the bottom portion of the parking brake handle, in silver. You zip tie the boot to this part. I'll try to post a pic tonight to see if this is what you need.

Actually, it's the other end of the boot. There is a plastic piece that you hook the boot onto that snaps the boot onto the center console.

Here is the pic of one from the redline good install instructions (step 16)

My research thus far says that the only people that would have one are people who have replaced their parking brake boot with either a stock one or a JCW one. The aftermarkets from Outmotoring and Redlinegoods don't include the plastic peice, and require you to reuse the original one.
