Evolve-R Group Buy
No what I'm saying is when this was a new product a select few were trusting enough to purchase this tune. Now after people post how happy they are with said tune others get to purchase it at a lesser rate. Why not take care of the people who first backed your product in the first place?
I have worked in a small family run business for 13 years. If I quoted a new customer a lesser rate than an established customer, it wouldn't go over too well if and when they found out. Maybe its different at your place of employment.
And being one who is saving for a baby, wouldn't you want the best possible price for anything you are buying? Doesn't really matter what it is. Saving money is what its all about, is it not?.

If you didn't buy it when it first came out, then buy it now and enjoy an additional 5% off and be happy.
If neither case applies to you, then move along and stop dragging down an established vendor who is much needed in this segment of the MINI market.

Did you get the tune when it first came out? If so what do you want them to do about the price difference?

AG - I did buy the tune. Look at page one of this thread. I'm number 7. What bad things did I say about the product or the company? I simply asked a question. I didn't ask for a refund or anything actually? Did you buy the tune? If so how do you feel about it? If not then why are you involved here?
BC rob - I believe you said that the only way you were in on the group buy is if we had enough people to drop it to 15%. You're telling me if you knew the price was dropping 10 days after you ordered on nov 18 you would not have waited? Ok but I find that hard to believe.
DRoc - I know things go on super mega sale on black friday... but when was the last time a group buy product went on greater sale to everyone less than a month later? What was the benefit of joining the group buy? Did you buy one? Again, Why are you involved?
I guess I'm the only one who has ever bought something to see it cheaper in a month and say " damn, that sucks". No one else has ever had that thought? You must all be better people than me. Good for you.

not a problem, send me a pm now.
Sent you an email yesterday, just want to make sure you saw it.
Also, do you guys alter any of the ECU data related to coolant temps? I noticed that the car runs rock solid at 226F, which is normal. And that the radiator fan always stays on after shutdown. The Accessport tune did not seem to have the fans run as much after shutdown. But the coolant temps were similar.
Who knows, might just be an oddity I am observing.
