Frustration with Wheelmax...

Well 10 days ago, I ordered a new set of rims/tires for my 05 JB MCS from Wheelmax (www.wheelmax.com) and they finally arrived today. The bad news is, one of the wheels has a small chip in it, and another has what appears to be a 3 inch long sharpie pen marking. I am so annoyed.

So, I am wondering; has anyone ever dealt with wheelmax, and have you had a similar experience? Am I really going to have to hassle with shipping these back to get replacements?

Ugg...I just tried mounting one of the undamaged wheels just to see what it looked like, and I don't even think the bolt pattern is right on these. WTF!!

Wheel Max is terrible. Ive never had so much of a problem with a company before. And like UKSUV said, their balancing is terrible...along with their customer service.

Well, Wheelmax agreed to refund me $100. The rims look sweet on my MINI, so overall, although it was a headache, Wheelmax did try to make things better.
