I hear that size will not fit, but I don't know why. Apparently, someone has bought them and tried to no avail.

I'm looking at those in the 17x7 size. Great wheel. they make 16s, too.

These are $214 each on special. Also available are 15x7" with +35mm offset.

What suspension are you going to use?
The 15x7" rim is much wider than the stock 15x5.5" so you just have to be careful about how much offset you want.

At 41mm you might be OK as long as you don't go overboard with an extra wide tire. 205/50-15 would fit OK but maybe a 225/45-15 would be pushing the limit and might rub a little.

Another alternative is the Kosei K1 TS at tirerack.com
$149 each with +38mm offset, 12.6 pounds each in 15x7"
Try asking Alex@tirerack.com on fitment concerns. I run the K1 TS with no problems in my very lowered MCS (Bilstein PSS9 coil overs)

Not sure about offset. But one will for sure.

15x7 will NOT fit.

it hits the brakes. I spoke with someone who had purchased the wheels for their "S" then had to sell them to a honda friend. they were 15x7 et41 Enkei rpf1s.

So, that leaves the 16x7 & the 17x7 size for the MINI. The best price I've found (shipped) is at www.wheelsdirectonline.com for a package, or www.gruppe-s.com for just the wheels + $80 shipping.

Good luck!

Thanks for the responses. Looks like I'm SOL with those. We'll have to see what else I can come up with.

How many people think they are 15"? They must be the et35 version. I heard the et41 version does not clear the brakes, but with that sweet MINI rally car, I know they didn't DECREASE the brake size... Sure looks tight in the front, though...

I'm still on the fence about these wheels in 15, 16 or 17.
