ASA AR3 - Pics anyone?

While the pics on TireRack are plenty detailed, I’ve never found their “view on vehicle” feature too helpful... I have seen a few MINIS with ASA wheels, but I’ve searched and can’t find any AR3’s. If you have any pics, i would really like to see them.

Thanks for any help.

Albie...it's easy...go to www.wheelsnext.com, all you need is a profile pic. of your MINI, upload it and search their Wheel Selection...you'll be able to "plug & play" with all sorts of wheel combos.

Good Luck!!

How do you think I got the "just right" Wheels for Molly??!!

The mesh design like the AR3 will always blend good to a Mini even moreso to your car's PW/B color.

Now that was pretty funny. Guess my profile pic wasn’t very good (although I thought it was) because the wheels not only blotted out my current wheels and tires, but covered the arches, too!

I also couldn’t find ASA wheels there, but didn’t dig too far into the site either. This is going to be my project for the winter - sell my wheels and probably get the ASA’s.

I agree with ED955S - this design really works for the MINI. I just haven’t seen any with black windows so I’m really curious to see an actual car. I suppose if I bump this thread enough, someone will wander in with a picture.

CrazyIvan - thanks. That's a perfect example of why I like them so much. And the AR3's just went on close out on TR for $99.

I've got a nice set of ROX RZ-1's in 17's if anyone's interested. They're gonna go at a bargain - plenty of pics in my gallery.

Here’s a pic...

Since I have them I can post pics now.

Still trying to figure out if I like them. There's times I like them a lot, like in the night lights...

And from an angle the black accents look sharp...

But the machined outer "ring" kind of drives me nuts when looking at the car's profile.

I noticed a lot of the ASA wheels are 5 bolt patterns. Are these owners getting a conversion piece for them? I'm browsing for wheels myself, and the ASA wheels are nice.

When I found these on TireRack, ASA AR1's, AR2's and AR3's were all available in the 4X100 bolt pattern.

That is one b-e-a-u-t-i-m-u-s-s Straight Cooper you got there Albiecrazy.
The new wheels look excellent! Great choice. Kinda adds a more sophisticated/polished look to the car, gets away from that "evil" theme that seems so popular in MINIs...

Thanks, S&CLC. I do like a little bling in the summer and I can live with "polished".

They are amazing at night. And the finish on these wheels is far better than my old ones (that were more $$$)
