I would just like to put my $0.02 in about the excellent products and services offered by Tire Rack and in particular the help I received from Alex.

I had purchased some new wheels and tires for my Cooper and had bad problems with vibration. Tire Rack helped me find a shop locally with a Road Force balancer, who discovered that the problem was a defective rim. Tire Rack got me a replacement rim quickly and thanks to Alex I was reimbursed (very quickly, I should add) for the defective rim and the costs of having the problem diagnosed and getting the tire moved to the new rim.

A great beat, and you can dance to it...I give it a 10.

There are some of us who have been patronizing The Tire Rack for years, and have come to expect the service you received. And you're right to applaud their dedication to service. We tend to overlook that their standards have raised our expectations as consumers. They have always been the best people with the best deals. Now, if they would only carry the rims that I'm gonna get when I get a MINI.

Alex, thanks for doing your job so well, and congradulations on another happy customer.

Tire Rack is fantastic! They really know their stuff, and without people like Alex, I would have made some poor tire choices in the past.

I love my new Yoko ES100's I got from them recently.

That's been their typical service from what I hear from others and also experienced from them myself. Always above and beyond the call!!

I have nothing but good to say for Tire Rack in terms of their site and their customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for their competition, Wheelmax. Tire Rack did not have the style of white 17" wheels I wanted for my MCS, but I found some on Wheelmax. I faxed the order, then called and spoke with someone who informed me that my first choice wheels were not available. I modified the order and was given a quote during the conversation, but no order has been received after 3 weeks. I have made numerous follow-up calls to the sales person and have yet to receive a response. I called customer service and no one knows anything. Customer service said they would call back. No call yet. Their site and their ordering system leave much to be desired. Stay away form Wheelmax and stick with Tire Rack. I know the internet powers that be discourage dissing on this forum, but truth is an absolute defense to an accusation of libel.
