Does anyone have these konig wheels ? http://www.konigwheels.com/catalog_p...&ss_id=215

Firstly where can I buy them from and can i just put them on the car straight away OR is there some modifications i would need to do first ?

Any idea of the price and what do you think about the quality compared to R90's..I feel the R90's are a little too thick and the Konig lines are thinner making them not so busy...Anyone agree?

I would appreciate anyones thoughts and ideas or other recommendations....

Also on the Pepper White would you go with silver as these are OR chrome shiny wheels. Is there something inbetween...THANKS FOR EVERYONES INPUT !!

CHEERS FROM A BRIT !!

if you have a set of wheels you can use for the time being, dont start convincing yourself half-assing what you really want. save up your money and the get R90's.

that's my advise.

I like the narrow spokes on that Konig, but don't like the center section at all. I've seen the Imagines for sale at a lot of sites in the $900-1000 (usd) per set range. As for fit, I have no idea. There are quite a few wheels around of that multi-split spoke type though, I think my favorite is the BBS RGR (I'd probably use this bright silver for Pepper White):

flangi,

These are available from http://www.tires.com. I just finished a rally today and one of the MCS owners had these on his car in 18". Be cautious of the 40 offset on the 17" Imagines. The 18" comes in a 45 offset which shouldn't cause any rubbing issues using stock or modified suspension. I would also recommend looking into the http://www.edgeracing.com Flik Wasp. This is available in 17" and 18" with proper offsets and 4-100 bolt patterns.

Good Luck!

Jason

IMO, if you want to get that particular design (ie web design) then you should go with BBS..ie Proven Race technology. Konig looks nice, but is a copy of the BBS design, and imo will always be that. No offence to any Konigites out there...

If I understand correctly, the R90s are made by BBS, so that's a good sign.

But since you want a site that sells Konig, try Speed and style they sell Konig and a bunch of other brands + tires for a good price...

I'll echo kenchan's statement...

Get want you really want (whether r90 or konigs or..?). When you reach that point (goal), it will make your ride feel that much better. I've witnessed many friends "settle" on a wheel (or something else) only to regret.

Don't let us change your mind either. Get what you really want, a decision only made by you.

hey flangi-
"I love the R90's but didn't want to pay the big $$ for them..What else is similar and looks good in style.."

this is what you posted on another thread, so i assumed you still wanted the R90's but was also looking for a copy...so i thought it might help to state that you should probably save up and get the real deal if you have a set of wheels you can use for the time being. what u get is up to you, but i use to make the mistake of
getting something cheaper and endup buying what i really wanted anyway!
