Just ordered, Pirelli PZero Nero!!!

Hey,

So, I figure it's time I get some better tires for the Volks, switching them up to some Pirelli PZero Nero 215/35/18. It's not the M+S version.

Does anyone have any experience with these tires? I just ordered a set of 4 off Tire Rack!

Motor On!

A very good Max Performance Summer tire

$85 each in that size on closeout pricing at tirerack right now.
Contact Alex@tirerack.com but don't wait too long.

It's a bit older in design but tirerack tests compared it favorably with Bridgestone Potenza S-03 which were very good tires 5 years ago.

Several more MINI friendly sizes also on closeout for less than $100 each.

Back then I paid $200 each for my S-03s. Great tire for me.

Any input on wet performance? I see somewhat decent ratings, but I'd be curious to hear some more info from MINI owners.

I loved the performance I got out of mine. I went through two sets pretty quickly because they wore out fast.

I got about 12 - 16k and about 1 year each set but that included a good amount of track days - I think they were too soft. I preferred the BF Goodrich Traction T/As.
