Don't know about a thread but I will say this. Break off those stupid flat rotor bolts and forget about them. All they do is rust in place and become a PITA. Other than that, it's no different than brakes on most any other car.

PRetty easy..

take of wheels.
Take off calipers.
Undo large TORX screw that holds rotors on (impact wrench if it's rusty....)
Remove rotors.
Put on new rotors.
Compress piston a bit (if there's a big difference in thickness).
Put caliper back on.
Put wheel back on.

You're done!

If the torx is really seated on there, loosen it before taking the calipers off by having someone stand on the brakes and use a long braker bar.

Oh, I forgot the first step... Jack up car!

And don't forget PB blaster or similar penetrating oil for those big @$$ torx (T50 IIRC) - much better to unscrew than to snap off.
Give each one a squirt as you take the wheel off, and by the time you're done with the last wheel, the first screw will have had time to soak a bit.
And if you don't throw them away per Hemi, a dab of antiseize will make the next time easier.

Removing the calipers took a breaker bar and a lot of PBLaster this time around. prepped with anti seize this time.

Also, if working on the rears, you need to understand that the caliper pistons need to be rotated as they are compressed.
