R90's would make a nice choice! They're not as light as some aftermarket wheels, but they definately can take a pothole and are still lighter overall than stock. They also hold a balance and ride true as well.
I am looking at a bunch of wheels. The only thing close to your desription.
XXR 504, 18" only. 3.25" lip. Five spoke but kind of rounded spokes.
I don't have a big brake kit so I wouldn't dare buy 18" wheels. The larger the diameter the greater the rotation weight. I know there are light weight wheels out there, but I'm not willing to spend a fortune on a set of rims.
The xxr's are not conservative enough for me. They seem blingish.
That's what a 3" lip should look like. I don't buy the whole idea of the face of the rim sinking inwards 2" to create a "3" lip"... Like I said, you'll need wider than a 7" wide wheel and a low offset.
i think 1 of the biggest lip out there without going custom (wide rim + offset), is the Axis Widetrack, i believe thats what it's called, go check it out, maybe it's what u looking for?

Yup. I would not buy them, just saw the lip width. I would like BBS's like my 335 had. 1K a wheel is not happening though.
I put so much $ in that car then spent weeks unloading all my mods. Not a very fiscally responsible person when it comes to cars.
Being single has it's advantages.

I see what you mean, but the bigger wider tires change the accuracy of the odometer. They are also pricey. I love turns which cause me to replace tires more often than I would like..

Reason: word choice error

think before hitting the "submit" button. how do bigger, wider rims affect the accuracy of the odometer. clearly, wider rims will make no difference. "bigger" rims will not, by themselves, cause inaccuracy. only when coupled with tires that are taller/shorter than OEM, will odometer/speedometer error occur.
