I want to post some Hi-res pics. The way the tires fit the wheel, and the offset of the wheel, give the car a very aggressive look. I'll take some better shots tomorrow and link them w/o reducing them at all.

wow, those wheels look awfully like the jcw 18s, i was alittle fooled myself when i 1st look at the 2nd picture.. haha

Hehe ya, thats why i fell in love with them. They look a great deal like the JCW, but 17's give me more rubber protection for day to day driving, they are about 160$ canadian per wheel instead of the crazy JCW pricing, and tires are cheap and plentiful in comparison.

If i was going to spend JCW money, id take home a set of BBS myself. But since I liked the JCW design so much, I couldnt pass these up

finally mounted my new wheels and tires,

For daily driving on the street, 17x7 R98 webspoke wheels with 205/45VR17 Bridgstone Potenza RE050A

for autocross/track, 16x7.5 ssr comp with 215/45WR16 Falken Azenis RT-615

@bugs ... nice choice of wheels ... loving the look of them as well. not many people use AR wheels on Mini's ... but these are ace for sure.
