I'll replace these with better ones tomorrow...

Scott

Loving the white rims with the IB/W combo. I have been looking for white S-lytes cuz I love the old pana-sport look. Weight is not too much of an issue for me, but if it was, those would be an option. I like them a lot.

Super nice. I think they would look sick on my jet black.
If you guys know anyone with this wheels on let me know. Would love to see how they look.

I have these on my Chili Red, with 215/45/17 F1 GY's. Each wheel/tire weighs 36 lbs! My stock was 48.5.

Pics? I had looked at this for for a long time, but never commit to get a set due to the price tag.

thanks for the comments...

regarding the caps. the ones I used don't come with the wheel, they aren't actual wheel caps, they are bearing caps. If you go to Tire Rack they have official wheel caps but they are $18 each... What I did was visit the local O'Reilly's Autoparts store. I've looked everywhere on the internet but I must not be searching by the correct name but they are universal bearing caps, they should have them in stock as they are used on many vehicles, to keep the grease inside the hub. They come in different "heights" and are made of cheap steel. Diameter is 50 mm I think for our car. I simply painted them black after I put them on the front hubs. The rear doesn't need them and they wouldn't fit anyway. Just remove your rear wheels, clean the "hub cap" already in place and paint it black. Looks pretty nice...

See, I thought it was IB/W, just bad exposure. Shows how blind I really am, haha.

Still, car is looking good!!! I want white rims soooooo bad, it would be perfect with my set up right now. Maybe I will just have my rims powder coated the next time I change out tires.

ah, totally see the difference there. PH does play tricks on you, the ones I mainly see that color are converts. The white s-lytes on there do look hot though.

Yes it does, the R/F on the S-Light's would not make it through the Dragon with the tread thats left on them. ohhhh well new wheels and tires for Merlin... I'll put snow tires on S/L's for the winter.

I too would love to see these wheels on a Chili Red, becasue that is the exact set up that I am looking for on my MINI.

The request for these wheels on a Black car, see:

Just installed yesterday, and I just washed it this morning...

Kazera KZ-S, 17x7, with Kumho Ecsta SPT, 205/45/17:

With the lower profile tires, as compared to my old stock 15-inch setup, I thought I would have to lower the car, but the ride height looks just about right to me.
