H&R Xmas Deal- 3 sway bars for the price of 2

Just wanted to let NAM memebrs knows of a little deal I stumbled onto today-

H&R Springs is including a free 18mm rear bar as an option for anyone buying their Sport Swaybar set for the MINI. You get:

27mm front bar
19mm Two-way adjustable rear bar
Free 18mm rear bar (while quantities last)
Teflon impregnated bushings

I ordered a set ASAP this morning for a little Christmas bliss....

I love free stuff.....

Apparently I'm not hitting on all cylinders this morning. Why would someone want 3 sway bars?

Germans know better....

Gives you the ability to dial in your setup- 18mm, 19mm (standard hole) and 21mm (effective using second hole). For reference 17mm is stock.

I'm actually going to run the stock front bar with the 18mm rear for a mild upgrade with a little more rear bias. This should help rotate the rear. Otherwise a sticky set of r-compounds are all that is required for a corner demon.

I've found that I need my H&R 19mm rear bar set on the firm setting to get the rear end to rotate like I want it... I have H&R springs, too, and the stock front swaybar.

If you install the H&R front swaybar, you'll definitely need the 19mm to make the car neutral... I like H&R's matched system, though.

I still have no idea why H&R chose a 27mm effective front bar, it's too stiff. The H-Sport 26mm effective front bar is already bordering on too much. This 3 for 2 deal doesn't sound like anything useful to me, as you'll never use the 18mm rear.
