Suspension Rear headlight sensor
I would assume that others can chime in here, but I would try attaching it with cable ties. I don't know if you may want to put some two sided tape under it, so that it doesn't rotate around the LCA? My car has regular headlights, so I didn't have a sensor.

Having adjustable upper and lower arms allows you to move the rear of the wheel toward or away from the center of the car, adjusting the toe. The lower or upper adjusted individually influence the toe and the camber, as you have probably already seen.
It is odd that you are having issues with alignment, it seems that many people just install the lower arms when lowering the car.
I have upper and lower adjustable arms, but standard headlights. I would contact Way based on his comment above about the mounting bracket.

You can max out the toe adjustment. You shouldn't though. When you set up your arms did you start off with them the same length as stock? This should be your starting point. Use the stock arms and the bolts to get your starting point. Once you have your starting point that car needs to be put on a alignment rack. I have upper and lowers on my car. I used them to suck in the wheels for an aggressive offset and width.
You should have got a bracket with your control arms. I bought mine at separate times from Way and he still sent me the bracket. I found that zip ties don't hold the bracket well enough because of the E brake cable being in the way. What in intend to do is cut a piece of rubber and use a hose clamp. What I have done for now is I wrapped the arm with gorilla tape and used a hose clamp. I'm not 100% proud of it but it has been working for a while. I was a hotel paring lot fix.
