Bilstein HD

Dont hv experience with these but I had Bilstein Sports in the past on couple Euros and it lowers a bit. I want to know if the Bilstein HD still retains the stock OEM shock height or does it raise the car a bit?? Thx in adv.

Bilstein HD on JCW CM All 4

Has anyone installed the Bilstein HD on their JCW Countryman All 4. Would you share your thoughts and any improvement versus the stock suspension on the JCW.

Bilsteins HDs will often add about 3/8 inch to ride height due to the high pressure gas charge.
Some Bilstein Sports can lower a little if they're designed with lower spring perches.

Yea thats what i was thinking, like more than half an inch higher due to the gas pressure and structure of the HDs.

Had Bilstein sports before on other Euros, it sat lower and also many hv extra grooves for even lower adj. However, R60 only applications are the HDs...

I am running these with my NM springs. Honestly for the only reason is that there are no other options. Ride is nice, could be firmer in my opinion.

Word... i wish there is more love for R60. Silly only few spring options and 1 shock option at this time.

By chance you hv pix? By chance you know if it sits bit higher than before or you did both at once. Thx
