Insalling Koni FSD - what else to replace while on lift? 57K miles

Koni FSD will be installed on my 57Kmiles cooper S next week. What else should I replace / look at while at the shop? Ride does feel a little loose, but nothing really rattling or anything.

Strut mounts and possibly control arm bushings. Let me know how nice the FSD's ride!

I went with the FSDs, fixed camber plates, lower control arm bushings, ball joints and sway bar bushings. I am loving my drive to work again. Home too.

Thanks!
So I will order these two sets:
http://www.waymotorworks.com/powerfl...ll-joints.html

and
http://www.waymotorworks.com/ireland...e-r50-r53.html

Is there anything else I should get?

And will polyurethane bushing make ride stiffer? I want to add a bit of comfort, roads here are horrible...

I would do the camber plates and Powerflex Control Arm Bushings. Also, think about a spring upgrade. Texas Speedwerks is a great upgrade from stock!

Definetly go with the Powerflex bushings. They will last a lot longer and still ride fine.

Just replaced my OEM struts w. FSDs last weekend (also at ~57k, coincidentally).

I already had the Powerflex bushings.

I'd given a lot of thought to the IE fixed camber plates, but decided against it in the end. (Went with Craven STDs for strut tower protection.)

The FSDs are a nice improvement over stock on rough terrain (potholes, frost heaves, railroad tracks), with marginal trade-off in sharpness in handling. Just fine for my purposes, but may not be quite sporty enough for some.

My experience says that the poly bushings are nice for comfort and feel. I am liking them and the FSDs more and more each day. It took a couple of weeks for everything to settle in. But I am really happy I went that way. I suspect you will be too.

If you go with the Powerflex Bushings, order the "Motorsports Reinforcement Plate" that is also available. Provides an extra bit of security in keeping everything in place.

I've found that the IE Fixed Plates supply plenty of "anti-Mushroom" protection. I nailed a pothole that was bad enough to bend the wheel, but the strut tower was fine!
Heard this from a couple of other people, too.

Okay, now the stupid question:
Do I need both the strut mounts AND fixed camber plates ? Or camber plates replaces the strut mounts?

The strut mounts are part of the fixed camber plates. That's the rubber part with the bearing. You'e probably thinking of the plates that mount on top of the strut tower. You really don't need them as the fixed camber plate does much of the same thing, just on the under side of the strut tower.
Like I said above, I've hit some prety nasty potholes and have never had a "mushrooming" problem since I installed the fixed plates.
