Hi, I've got a friend in Manhattan.

He has a R56 MCS and wants to put on an Alta 19mm rear sway bar with bushings.

Can someone recommend me where he can get this done? He's extremely busy and doesn't have a garage in a city owned by valet parking.

The bar has been sitting there for over a year.

Anybody?

 

over a year?!?!! that's a shame! any shop should be able to do it with relative ease...

 

Care to name a few who has experiences with Mini?

Maybe dealerships can do it, but don't want to get into warranty issues.

 

Take a 45 minute ride up to New City in Rockland County and have my mechanic Joe at M&J Auto Repair do it for you. He installed all of my aftermarket parts except for the Helix intercooler. He installed the H-Sport rear sway bar for me 2 weeks ago. He charged me 1 hour labor $90 plus tax. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He is super honest and very fair with his prices.

 

Fly me up to NY and i'll do the install for you in a parking lot of your choosing!

I am sure there must be a MINI mechanic there!! Just follow the yellow brick road!!

I'm sure there must be a dozen shops in the area....you could drive to Philly to Helix!!

 

How much is the ticket?
