215/45/17 and H-sport springs?

I currently have 215/45/17 tires on my S-lites. I am about to put on H-soprt springs. Is this combo good or will I have rubbing?

Also, does anyone know the wheel gap with 214/45/17's and a stock suspension? Mine now is a little over 4inches from the rim to the fender. I bought my car used and I'm curious if it has springs already on it, because it looks lower than some of the pics I've seen of stock Minis. I looked at them (the springs) and they are gloss black with no writing on them.
Thanks for any replys,
Jason

ps. oem springs are gloss black, mine have smears of color paint on them, like stripes on one coil...2 colors, and that is all the markings on them.

I believe the sport suspension was lower than a non-sport suspension...regular, sport, and ss+....something like that.

the bigger tire you want will help to eliminate the wheel gap, but will also raise the car up a tad, but only a tad as the tires are taller overall.

I don't know what the correct spelling is, but when you take them off the car they feel like s-heavies
