Hey, if i was to get the H&R 1.4'' springs, would I need control arms? If yes, which is the best brand to get for the best buck!?!?

Don't think you need them, I got the Alta ones though.

You can get about .5 camber adjustment on the stock arms. You could try that first before buying new arms.

I work at a race shop in Antelope(Bill McAnally Racing), but half the shop is a NAPA Auto Care Center, and they'll install springs...they're installing my shocks, springs, sway bars on friday. Very Nice shop that does quality work.

if you did the ones on your Honda this car isn't that much more difficult.
the control arms are optional on the newer cars as the pen has now provided camber adjustment. BTW: you will love your car that much more once the springs are on. Enjoy!

I want to lower it, but dont want control arms, what height should i stay in w/o having to buy control arms? Sway bar is something i will be getting. I thought maybe the H&R 1.4 drop, any suggestions? Brand?

Well the H&R would most likely be fine with just the stock control arm adjustment, but it would likely still produce a camber slightly more negative than the Mach V springs http://www.fastmini.net/mavsp2.html, since they sit about 0.15" higher. Most likely negligable in both situations, but I think the Mach V would probably give you a little longer tire-tread life in the long run because of the slight difference.
