Clunk when I shift

Clunk when I shift
Not sure if this is normal on the MCS 6 Speeds.
When I shift(mostly noticable in the low gears) I hear a clunk down by the transmission. Like I can hear the gears shifting and it's quite loud.
And when I'm shifting the shifter gives me some resistence in the first 3 gears.
Like the clutch is not fully engaging.
Anyone know why? Or have this problem? What should I do?
Oh, car has just over 3K on it.

I have a noticable 'clunk' upon shifting from 1st to 2nd if I'm not hustling. As fas as I know, this is normal for the getrag 6 speed. If you're very concerned, you can take your mini in, but I think things will loosen up for you after a bit.
