Had mine replaced last March...and I think that one is going too. Just ordered a new mount and will install it myself in the next few days. I am getting a slight leak that seems to be from the mount but not directly under the main part of it.

Got to love the "mystery oil" coming from nowhere.

Just discovered my Motor Mount is leaking. Understand it is a common problem. It seems everyone replaced the mounts with an OEM unit (I did not read all of the posts) - probably due to warranties. I have 69,000 on mine and heading to the dealer tomorrow to see if I am still covered under warranty. The question I have is - "did anyone replace with the TSW mount and if so, what are the pros and cons of this replacement?? I appreciate the info. Thanks.

The factory mount is junk....I went through one in literally 5k miles.

If you replace it with another OEM, expect it to go again.

I recently replaced it with a vibratechnics mount...company from the UK. Not cheap, but its beautifully made, and is not fluid filled, so it will never leak. Vibration in cabin is a little bit more prevalent, but I also have poly bushings on my tranny mount and lower engine mount, so that might be a lot of it.

Here's a pic:

I replaced the OEM the first time with an OEM because the TSW was not yet available. I later replaced the second OEM mount with a TSW mount. The TSW mount does add a little vibration at idle but that is the only time I notice the extra vibration. However, the TSW mount will never leak again. I do not want to clean up the black goo mess again. It took me a lot longer to clean up the goo than it did to replace the mount.

My car is having one of these replaced right now at the dealer (2006 R50 5spd with 35k miles) for a grand total of $230. I thought about replacing the broken mount with an aftermarket mount, but decided to go OEM at the dealer since it is covered by a 2 year unlimited mile warranty. Since the mount will probably go in the next 2 years, I will be able to get it fixed again under warranty.
