2012 Hard Top Driver Front Turn Signal flashing fast -
Replaced the bulb - did not fix - Signal still flashing fast
Switched passenger bulb receptacle too driver side - did not fix - Signal still flashing fast

Is there only 1 fuse for each signal?
Only other noticeable issue is that it seems that the driver window does not auto rise/close anymore.

Please help
Thank You

flashing fast means there is a missing/burned light bulb. did you check the one on the fender? what about the one inside the headlight? how about the one in the tail light? check all three bulbs.

Replaced the bulb -> Front Driver Side Turn signal still does not work - Rear tail-light Driver Left side blinks fast. Side signal works.
Swapped the socket Front Driver Side Turn signal FOR Passenger side, Both sockets work on Front Turn signal Passenger side. Neither work on Front Signaml Driver side.

Side signal marker works - normal
Driver Rear Turn Signal blinks fast.
Hazards blink normally, but Nothing seen on Driver Front Turn Signal.

Lastly only other oddity, I did notice that the Driver window does auto-close with one center console click, but does not auto-open with one center console click. Passenger side works fine.

Anyone know what The Driver Front Signal issue is?

Turn on your emergency flashers, then compare both sides, front and back, for lights that aren't flashing. As MiniToBe says, it's probably a burned out or missing bulb.

Hi there;

Performed all those troubleshooting techniques and responded.
I believe I'm still waiting for the @administrator to approve my reply/response.
Not sure If I should wait for the response to be approved or type out all the troubleshooting again?

At any rate-Hazard flashers reveal normal blinking EXCEPT for the Front Driver Turn Signal. Leading me to believe its the bulb. But when replacing the bulb, the Front Driver Turn Signal still doesn't flash, but everything on the driver side Flashes fast. Took the bulb socket out of the Front Driver Turn Signal and installed it on the Front Passenger Turn Signal and it worked with new bulb and old bulb. Took the bulb socket out of the Front Passenger Turn Signal and installed it on the Front Driver Turn Signal and it DID NOT work with new bulb and old bulb. Hazard flashers reveal normal blinking EXCEPT for the Front Driver Turn Signal.

Thanks and welcome your responses...I hope Administrator approves my reply message.

Can you try swapping the complete headlight. Plug the left headlight into the left and test. If same results, check newtis.info for wiring between the FRM (footwell module behind driver kick panel) and headlight. Also, check for water damage on the FRM.

Hi and thank you for your help:

1.Replaced the bulb, the Front Driver Turn Signal still doesn't flash (its out), but everything else on the driver side Flashes fast.
2.Took the bulb socket/receptabcle out of the Front Driver Turn Signal and installed it on the Front Passenger Turn Signal and it worked with new bulb and old bulb.
3.Took the bulb socket/receptacle out of the Front Passenger Turn Signal and installed it on the Front Driver Turn Signal and it DID NOT work with new bulb and old bulb.
4.The Hazard flashers reveal normal blinking EXCEPT for the Front Driver Turn Signal, It does not blink.

Are you saying to take the entire headlight assembly from the Driver Side and try to install on the Passenger Side?
The headlights work on both sides, car fender signal lights work, Rear taillights work on both sides.

This seems so weird to me. Is there a in-line wire plug somewhere, that I can unplug and plug back in, maybe its loose or something?

Thanks so much!

Yes. The entire assembly.

we want to eliminate if there is internal issue with the headlight. Sure there are wires inside.

If the driver headlight works on the passenger side, then you need to trace the wires going to the FRM.

Okay...Is there an easy install/uninstall how-to you can link me too? I have had several vehicles, in my life, but I have never removed headlight assembly's, only bulbs.
Thank You

It should be straight forward. There are 4 × 10mm screws. No need to disconnect the battery.

Newtis.Newtis.info should have the how to and wiring diagrams.

Okay thanks.

I'll need to disconnect both headlight assemblies in order to test the Driver Side on the Passenger side.

I'll look for the appropriate links at newtis.info for the how-to.

Thank You

Variant.
I think that's it.
I think you've got a broken wire or loose/corroded plug between the bulb socket pig-tail & the body wiring.
Wiggle the wires!
Can you put a volt-meter on the pins?
