Please help

And help that the peeps on this page can give will be greatly appreciated.

Ok so a few weeks back I was traveling in my 2011 mini cooper s and had my CEL come up. I pulled the codes and I got p0301 and p0303 just prior to making a fuel stop. My low fuel light had just came on about a minute prior the the CEL light. Limped the car to to the gas station just a few miles up the road. Topped off the gas started up and still have the codes. Limped to the parts store changed out the #1 cyl coil. ( Parts store only had one in stock ). Still same codes. Limped to another parts store replaced and still same issue. Ran two cans of seafoam intake fogger through. No change. Bit the bullet and limped it home two and a half hours away. Next day changed plugs in case it was a fouled plug. No change. Still p0301 and p0303. Pulled the intake and injectors. Cleaned the intake and tested the injectors. Re assembled everything. No change except now the P0303 in intermittent. Still has p0301. Changed the PCV membrane on the passenger side of the valve cover because it was torn. engine soundslike it runs better but still p0301 and intermittent p0303. Replaced the upstream O2 sensor. Still has p0301 but now p0303 is listed as historic and I now get p0302. Replaced the downstream O2 sensor. Engine sounds better but still get p0301 and p0302. There has been no overheating issue.
Anyone have any thoughts on what to check next???

I could be the dirty injectors (how did you test the injectors). The in tank fuel pump relies on fuel for cooling, it can be damaged by running out of fuel, or the High Pressure Fuel Pump is beginning to fail.
You will get more responses if you say what the codes mean, instead of just posting the codes.

Swap your ignition coils around and see if the codes change to other cylinders first. My money at this moment is on those coils.

Check fuel pressure. I had a cylinder 2 misfire that kept coming back after replacing plugs and swapping coils. Took car to an indy shop, and they put it on a scope. #2 fuel injector was Intermittent. Replaced that injector. All fixed.

Thanks to everyone that provided input. Turned out to be burnt exhaust valves on the #3 cylinder. Did a compression test and had no compression in 3. Follwed by leak down test that resulted in air coming out through the exhaust

Did you do the work yourself or have a shop do it? Curious what that cost if a shop does it.
