Passenger Door will not Open

Passenger Door will not Open
Door will not open from inside out. I am going to give the facts as to how it acts and maybe someone can pinpoint what I need for me.
Remote works, door locks go up and down with button as always
Door will unlock from inside with 1st pull on handle, 2nd pull does nothing,
From the outside, when locked it moves freeley just like drivers side in and out with a squeeze.
When unlocked, there is tension in the handle as if it is frozen, but it is not. Just in case it was, I put it in a heated garage and put a space heater on the door for hours, did nothing.
