2007 Mini Cooper S: Help ID Part

Can anyone help me identify this part? 2007 mini cooper s. Some sort of sensor on air intake closest to turbo i am assuming. On opposite end of tube from MAF sensor. I have searched everywhere, but unable to locate the sensor plug nor the part the sensor plugs into. What is this called? Thanks for any assistance.

The part is a PCV heater. Your last pic looks like the cable that connects it to the ECU. All cable connectors are "keyed" so they should only fit one sensor / fitting, however they can be forced onto the wrong one. A few years ago, I was in a hurry and switched the PCV heater cable with the coolant temp sensor --- blew out the sensor. Use caution when reconnecting cables.

Use this site for an illustrated parts list --- https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select --- it'll help ID parts you don't know anything about.

The plug is bad as well. Do you happen to have a link for a replacement? Thanks.
