It turns over just fine, but acts like its flooded which it cant be. I even sprayed starting fluid in to the intake side of the intercooler. No trouble codes are showing. It did start for a second ,but as soon as I gave it some gas it died. Could it not be getting any air?

I would double check the plug/wiring harness to the throttle body.
I forgot to plug that in when working on my car one time and it sputtered but wouldn't run. I think it threw codes.
If that checks out ok, and it runs on starting fluid, I'd tend to think its not getting gas. Either a bad fuel pump, or something not right with the fuel injectors and their wiring.
I'll check it tomorrow . I can't get it to start with starting fluid being by myself. I spray it in and jump in the car and get nothing it pops back in to the intake
You need to have a quality scan tool to do a temporary DME substitution, otherwise you need to have the DME aligned with the EWS, BCM.
Have you checked fuel pressure yet? If it runs on starting fluid but doesn't stay running on its own chances are that you need a fuel pump.
You also need to have those intercooler clamps clamped down, even at idle that will cause a large vacuum leak. Stupid question, but do you have the MAP sensors in the correct locations? Mixing them up will result in a horribly running car, potentially even no start.
All sesors are connected where they should be. Fuel pressure is 57 psi. I can't get it going with starting fluid When you DME you mean the ECU? I had a feeling the inter cooler clamps being loose would come up. Lol I was squirting the starting fluid in there.
So getting a ecu from the junk yard wont start the engine.
Not unless you can align the DME (engine computer) and EWS (immobilizer) modules, which can only be done as a trial substitution with a dealer level tech tool.
I put some new spark plugs in it today. I get the same results. Try's to start. It did run on its own for less then a minute.
Does anybody know how to use INPA on a mini.

Your ambient temp sensor fault is most likely due to it not being plugged in if the car is in service mode.
The freeze frame you have shows 0 RPM, but are creating manifold vacuum. Was the car running at the point you took this freeze frame? If so you need to start looking into things like the crank sensor and cam sensor, crank sensor will keep the car from starting, and a cam sensor will cause hard starts and or poor performance.
The car started briefly today. I replaced the camshaft sensor. When it was running it had a ticking noise and a squeaking noise. It isn't running right that's for sure.
I finally have my mini running after rebuilding the original engine. I forgot how these mini's are to drive. My first one was a 03 base cooper with a cvt. The cooper s with a 6 speed is a whole different animal. https://www.facebook.com/jeff.lewis.357/videos/10208023392443402/ Lifters are little noisy.
