something to worry about?

I noticed while peeking under the hood, the right side of the plastic cover(?) on top appears not as flush as the left. almost like its loose, only not. I can push it flat, but it doesnt stay there. left is flush and doesnt move. see pics.
right-loose side:
Left:
I'm probably worrie dabout nothing, but just thought it looked odd and i should check.

Don't try to stash so much weed in there.

Less smart a$$ response:
(Did you check the retaining screw for tightness or stripped threads? If you push down on the panel and the screw doesn't move then it needs a little bit of righty tighty. If the screw does follow the up and down then the receiving threads are more than likely stripped. If so a bit of foil or wire solder can take up the slack.)

haaaaa.
the screws/bolts FEEL tight. I dont have the tool to tighten them if they're slightly loose, but they definatly don't feel like they're going anywhere. Whats under there anyway?
