I am selling my set of s lites from my 05 MCS, and they buyer has a 09. Would they fit on his 09!?! Did they change the size in the later years!?! Any help asap would be great! Thanks!

 

Yep they will fit an '09. The '09 will need tire pressure sensors on each valve stem if you want the TPMS, tire pressure monitoring system to work.

 

No they will not. The later cars have a larger lug bolt.

 

Yes they will... I mounted my 17' '05 S-lites on my '09 Clubman with no problems. If you have 15" wheels they won't clear the larger brake calipers on the 2nd gen MINI and yes the bolts are 2mm bigger in diameter on the second gen but it was not a problem for me with the OEM MINI 17" S-lites wheels.

 

Funny, they won't with my wheels.

hmm...so 50/50 yet eh!?! Buyer lives about 2.5 hours away, and I would hate for him to drive here to get them and not have them fit :( Keep up the advice though guys! This is good! Any other ideas where I could research this!?!

 

You can could go to the hardware store and buy a 14mm bolt to try
