1 - Fuse blown ?

2 - Does wiper motor make any sounds ? If it does, lift the bonnet and check linkage arms under the cowl and see if it is still all hooked together.

3 - Wiper Motor bad - turn wiper switch to on and run a meter or test light off the positive wire connector to the wiper motor see if it's getting any power.

4 - Stalk switch bad ?

I checked the fuses. They're fine. The switch or stalk that I think ure talking about seems to work cus the rear one works and the water squirter works when u pull in on the stick.

I will check the other two ideas after this crazy rain stops. For now, using rain-x wipes. =\

There are two relays on the fuse block under the hood. One controls Low/High and the other controls On/Off. Switch them and see if they only work on low at times, if so replace relay. Not very expensive. Hopefully it is the relays and not the computer.
Good Luck. ED

I remember people having trouble with the pivots seizing on the arms under the cowl. Ive seen a few cars with failed motors, too.
