Belt Tensioner Rattling...

So I found the source of my rattle.... the tensioner seems to have either a loose bold or a missing grommet. I tried to see if I could tighten the bolt, but it seems as tight as it can get.

Here is a pic of what is rattling... has anyone had and resolved this problem? Do I have to get an entire new tensioner?!

bushing is gone......I think Power flex makes replacement bushings, but if you
have a lot of mileage on the car, I would replace the whole thing.....

I just purchased the whole tensioner from minspeed.net , added the Alta Tensioner stop, and did it all at once....

What's all the runny coffee stains from in the inside of fender area of the photo...... ?

If it is an 05 / 06, that would likely be the upper engine mount leaking. The post facelift has liquid in it and they tend to blow seals out. If that is leaking, the engine mount should be replaced as well.

Unfortunately I don't see a photo... :(

The motor mount blew about 20,000 miles ago and I replaced it Never did a good cleanup job though

How many miles do you have on your car?
Do you like to keep the revs up?
My wife has 60K and I have 54K, with 16% pullies, colder plugs, CAI, and non-stock exhaust. I don't know if I'm hearing pinging or rattles on the paas side of the engine sometimes.
So, again, maybe it's a mileage thing for tensioners?

You will know the sound when you hear it... it definitely isn't something you think you might hear... it is very loud and noticeable.

I have 55k on the car, drive the **** out of it, and have a good list of mods.
