Moodlight Dead

So today I just noticed that the orange mood lighting in the passenger door pull (not handle to get out, but the part that the color line is at). I can switch the lights and the others work (except when the colors are mixing cuz its missing orange)

It was odd because it came back on once, but then its off again.

The only good thing is I already have an appointment to have my dash rattle fixed and they are checking my coolant system for leaks...so now i can add this to my list

well i get a loaner so that will be fun

Someone is being 'Mr. Cynical' this morning.

Just sounds like a dead LED.

Probably just a loose socket/connector.

Those wanting to turn it off, could it be as possible as pulling a fuse?

Maybe the OP will sell you their dead LED so you can do a swap.

I'd really like a switch position, so as I change colors I can turn them off. How difficult would that be?

Its odd it came back on...but it flickered on and off a few times during a drive...it better stay off when it goes to the dealer haha..if not i took some pics

Idk why you all dont enjoy the lights...i wish they had more color options, or that the dash/speedo lights would switch in sync, but i really enjoy them...trust me they actually make night driving safer...when i try and look out the passenger side with no light it makes it really hard when you do a quick glance

and for those that want them off completely...im sure you can cover the back side of the door ones with some kind of tape, and stuff the holes on the roof with something

I have mine set to blue...and while it isn't a big thing, it is nice. My R50 had no lighting on the door whatsoever, so being able to fine the door handle is great in and of itself!!
