I'm Sorry but NAILS and family will not be able to make it, right now I'm in Alabama attending the military NCO Academy. I'll be here till the 4th of APR. I wish I was going to be there so everyone can see NAILS new bonnet scoop.

Just to add a little tid bit of information...Saturday is St. Patties Day! don't know if that matters but it could be fun.

 

Saint Patrick's Day is March 17th. The downtown parade is on the 11th.

 

Looking at the weather and I think with Hail forcast for the storms, Mr Sun is going to run for cover as his Cabrio roof will not stand up to hail - would have been fun. And to think I am passing up a burger and shake.

Damn it! I wanted to goto this thing, and I just NOW remembered about it, looked it up, and see I missed it. =( I've missed many events I wanted to goto because I keep forgetting! Damn my broken brain!

Was it at least fun? Big Showing?

 

Not too big of a showing but still fun. I think the rain kept people away. it's definitely a place worth going to again. Keep trying canary. You'll remember sometime.

 

Sorry we couldn't make it maybe next time. I'm glad we didn't becuase the tornado Sat. night jumped right over our house and hit those other homes south of Festus and blew them apart. I would not have liked driving into a tornado returning home that night. We did have any dammage but it got really close.

Seeing that the weather did not cooperate AT ALL for this event. I'd like to reschedule it for a date soon to come.

Hopefully the second time we won't have hail the size of our shift ***** in the forecast!

 

Despite the weather and the smaller turn out, we still had fun eating burgers and talking about Mini Coopers. Besides we only had to made a mad dash to get our Minis under cover once. Thank goodness for covered drive-ins.
