Sideswiped by a semi

Driving home last week around 9:30 at night and got sideswiped by an 18 wheeler that didn't even see us. Thankfully there were no injuries. Another testament to how safe these cars really are.

WOW

Glad you are both OK, how scary. The little cars are tanks!

Oh no! SO glad you are safe!
My husband definitely feels better about me in a MINI instead of my old Nissan for this reason.
Hopefully it will get fixed quickly!

This is precisely why I spend as little time as possible in lanes next to semi's!

My wife got squeezed between a wall and a Semi that just didn't see her and changed lanes into her. She was driving her Lancia Beta coupe a number of years ago, she was flashing her headlights, blowing the horn.......he just didn't look I don't think. Didn't stop either, she had to chase him down!

+1. If there's ever a reason to enjoy downshifting and gunning it full throttle it's to pass a long truck as quickly as possible!
