Thread title caught my attention.

Cool pics.

Emis, I like the artsy one.
What kind of camera is that you're holding in the first pic?

Oh, and hey, I'm going to be passing through AZ next week.
However, it'll be through northern parts (I-40 corridor) and not in my MINI.
I'm flying to Chicago and driving back a Dodge Dakota (gas-guzzling) pickup truck.

But I'll have my cameras with me!

I don't know if we missed you Blackand blue, I just read the post today but PM me if you're coming through and I'll see what I can do about getting a few folks together.

the camera I use is the Canon S70 powershot, it's actually the same one the infamous Hafid uses only the newer version (wee more megapixels) I love it. one day I'll be able to afford a camera that I can't switch out the lenses.

It was taken just NE of Carefree, AZ. It had been a damp month and finally the weather was looking good in the valley of the sun so we took a drive to our "Secret Base Camp". Unfortunately it was still quite damp and rainy up on that side of town. But, as you can see, it didn't keep us away. BTW, the camera pix from inside the car was taken by my wife in the passenger seat. She had quite the hard time keeping that camera steady with the lateral g-forces

Thanks for the offer but I already passed through your fine state over the weekend. After a brief stop at the Grand Canyon, I spent the night at a motel in Seligman, next to the Road Kill Cafe.
