Chris,
Can you tell me about what time you received the "too many connections" message? As for your signature I can't explain why that would happen as your account always has exactly one signature defined for it. Unless it was changed by you in the My Account->Change Your Info interface there isn't a way to roll back to a previous version. As many have noted if you change your sig it changes in all the posts you have ever made.

Mark,

I've found MCO to be loading slowly for about 4-5 days. It loads....just verrrrrry slowly.

Cheers!

I think it was right around noon (EST).

When I saw problems this morning we had nearly 200 users on the system. Given that, I reconfigured the database server to handle more connections. It appears to be running a little faster now. Thanks!

Chris,

related to the signature: if you EDIT a post, you signature becomes part of the post. Therefore, if you look back on older posts that you've edited, you'll see your old signature image. All unedited posts will load your most current signature from your account.

I'm connected from Europe and it is really slow loading each page. The 16 port hub here is 10/100 base T ethernet. Cat 5E cable.5 PCs and a printer.

Slow all day. 70-90 guests and 90+ members right now.

Thanks Dave! I've been wondering about that for quite a while.

200 users!? Wow. Must have been all that MINI press that HARMINI stirred up!

Mark, I was just kidding. see this thread. A regional event got some very cool newspaper coverage (but no mention of MCO).

Cool...glad to see that local events are getting some much needed coverage. Given the traffic levels this morning (a little higher than normal for a Monday morning) I thought something else might be up. Thanks!
