Looks great, I think most of the #'s MINI brought into the USA were around the 400 mark. Nice you have the even number

Yea, looks like it was treated as a low mileage JCW.

It's a one owner car, maintained by a MINI dealer, with documented history.

We see one in the Boston area right now. It's a 2010 with 55,000 miles for $25,000.00. All original.

That sounds high...I think. I just lost one on eBay for $14,500 with 28k miles in CA.

Just snagged this one...

I'm incredibly happy to have snagged this one. Shes a nicely equipped and unmolested 2010 with 73,000mi/118,000kms. Cost me $11,000USD all in.

In hate to sound critical, but, that's not a World Championship 50 (WC50). Nice car though. Congratulations.

1,xxx mile WC50 in CO.

I was just at Ralph Schomp MINI (near Denver, CO). They've got WC50 #421 with 1,xxx miles and its never been titled. Apologies if this's already been posted.

I'm in the market for a low-milage WC50, but the dealer's asking the original sticker price of $40,300. Search continues.

On the topic, can anyone chime with their long-term WC50 reliability experience? I'm aware of the typical N14 issues and see a few posts about it here in the wc50 thread, but wondered if the concerns might be overblown.

Check the oil - check the oil - check the oil - check the oil

Use a good quality fully synthetic oil and change every 5k miles

Check for coking every 30k miles

Thanks. So nothing engine-related's different from the typical N14.

Definitely factoring that into the decision. I've had 100k of trouble free bliss in my 06. Hate to end that streak...but the WC50 has haunted me since its intro.

It's a standard JCW N14 engine. I use Millers Nanodrive Fully Synthetic 5w40 oil and I've also fitted GTT oil catch cans to help with the coking.

I always let it idle for a short time after start up and before I turn off the engine.

Just keep checking the oil level

#400 is on eBay currently. Might be your WC50’s evil twin? :-)
