Do these actually do anything for the car from an aerodynamic standpoint?

The JCW Euro one is more for light protection and aerodynamic like talked about above, also has alot of venting. Also its much lighter then a metal pan.

 

 

Yes, been to Maine. If you go off-road, or even just in normal Maine roads they can quickly turn to dirt roads get the beefy pan.
