How to keep spoiler UP all the time?

Is there a fuse or something I can disable and prevent spoiler from going down? Need to do this at the track.

There is a way, I just can't remember it or find it. I think you have to raise it while driving at slow speed, then it will stay up. If you raise it while stopped it will go back down after you go over 50 and drop below 37 again. I could be wrong, I hope someone else can remember. I know I made it work once.

You can code it out with NCS Experts

I've never managed to make that work. What's worked for me is raising it with the switch while driving below the point where it normally deploys. If I do that then it stays up.

dunno

it is the wife's car so I seldom drive it

was taking it to the dealer for an issue and reaching to put the top down I hit the wrong one and popped the flap while sitting in the driveway.

When I got to the dealer (after an hour at 75+) and shut the car off - top down still - and the wing stayed up (I'd obviously driven slow when getting off highway and getting into the dealer ....). They moved the car to the back and shut it off and the flap was still up. I saw it and went in the back to put it down (safety) ....

So ... pop it up when stopped maybe locks it up?

Is the programming different by year???? Dunno .... and have not tried to duplicate ....

It's likely you have to drive above 50 miles/hr for the manual action to get over written and for the spoiler fall back down. This would happen when getting back under 50 miles/hr.
It would be an interesting test.

It has happen twice where I found the spoiler up after my wife had driven it. I don't know the circumstances though...

I was on interstate for an hour ... 75mph plus .... got to dealer and it was still up. Shut car off and it stayed up. Moved car and shut off, still up. Started car and lowered manually ....

Seek immediate medical help if you experience your spoiler being up for more than 4 hours

If you switch the toggle on the roof (next to the power top toggle) towards you, a green light will come on and the spoiler will remain extended.

The catch is that when you turn the car off and then restart it, you need to remember to hit the switch again.

Similar to the sport button, it will default to off.
