Roadsters msrp discount ?

What is typical for dealers to take off msrp?
I have seen some jcw '13 roadsters for $3 k off.
And my dealer here only taking $1k off a '13 S model, and he makes it seem like he is doing me a big favor at that.

I'm kind of waiting for a '12 roadster for sale with a few miles on it.

I have seen a few on eBay for $22k. Very base S model.

I did ask for a lease number with 0 down 3 yr and it was crazzy expensive
$515 month. I can get a z4 for $460 at 0 down

So what can one expect? I'm sure there is a lot of play in the '13 since the '14 are out.

Thanks

Back in 2012 I got $500.00 off and it was a good deal. Don't know about now. Hopefully others will post. I'd like to find out just for fun.

A dealer will discount the heck out of a '13 Roadster to get rid of it...however they do not lease well at all. All the special lease rates are focused on the current model year 2014.

So far for 2013 jcw roadsters I have found $4k off and $3.5k off

Is this considered good, because they have already taken a hit being a year old already.

Thanks

I was able to get $3K off of a BTO '13 this time last year. For something that's been sitting on the lot nearly as long as I've been driving mine, I'd be looking for a lot more of a discount.

Wow, you're good.
Between the fact that we wanted them to trade in our old car (I won't do that again with BMW, they couldn't care less of trade in. For them it's junk) and the fact that their configurator was completely out of sync with the internet configurator (theirs was set for 2014 in July 2013!!!, while online was still on 2013) and that made our BTO a very difficult process, we got literally nothing off MSRP.
I didn't think there was much I could push on a BTO. I know, I know price can always be worked on but we really felt at a disadvantage...
It wasn't all bad. Because they got a bunch of info wrong when we ask about certain option details I was able to get a good price on a new set of wheels for the summer with free mounting and balancing.

But still price size we got nothing off :(

I leased my '14 Roadster S last November with $1,100 off. The incentive discounts now are even higher.

$750 BOOT LOOT Credit
$500 Loyalty Credit (available for returning MINI customers only)
$500 Dealer Contribution
$1,000 USAA credit
$500 College Grad Program
