Waving. Wouldn't have though of that!

After all the leaves that dropped this Fall, not one got into the wing recess. Just dust or fine road dirt. Drain looks clean, outlets look clean. Good to go!

Yes. You can control it up and down once the speeds go below 40 mph or at a stop.

Yep, keep those clean so water does not pool and ice builds up.

Gotta try to find more picture opportunities to keep this thread alive... here's a poor phone zoom with all the wrong lighting. Phone zooms don't work...

I'll try to find better picture conditions. Rained all morning and turned to a little snow around midday with temperatures in the mid 30s. Not Mini Roadster weather, but went into the garage and I spread some wax on the wing nest, since I did leave the wing up when I put it away. At least it was something.

This winter is the warmest I have seen here, there should be more Roadster on the road.

In my case, any day that's perfect for the Roadster is also perfect for the scooter (but the scooter gets better MPG and splits lanes).

Amazingly nice weather for this time of year. Grass is still green but at least not growing. We've had a pile of sunny mild days. Got to 51 degrees here to today and felt great. Last year we had an early snow in November and were snow skiing before Thanksgiving, but then it got warm during the second half of December and lost most of our snow cover. I actually went for a 30 mile bicycle ride from my house to the coast on the day after Christmas last year. It was near 50 degrees when I took off. Crazy weather.

Had to go do a short errand in town this afternoon, so the top came down. Loved it! What a treat. Even got a few thumbs up from other drivers The Mini is a great smile maker.

Off for yet another top-down drive to work in SE Mass. Who cares if there's ice on the pond? I have heated seats and a hat!

Last year my rule was "if it's above 50 (f) the top is down". This year I lowered it to 45.

Of course here in SoCal that means the top is always down

I was at 15F and sunny last year. This year I'm going for 10!

Very nice picture. Those snow tires could get you across that skimmed over pond! I'm sorry I installed snow tires on my "Winter" car in mid November. They haven't seen any snow on the road yet!

What a great Fall so far. Unless you like to snow ski. I should have taken a picture yesterday while I was out and about. A little cooler this morning out there, but the coming weekend is looking nearly tropical for us. And the official start of the Winter season is only 2 weeks away.

Smile Are Midnight Black Roadster S

Here is a picture of our Roadster S. We have had it about a year now, and logged 11000 miles on it, trips to the coast mainly.

We also have a Mini Countryman, so we are a Mini family

Motor On!

Nice... 2 Minis in the sunshine. What's with all that greenery in the background? Summertime? Looks way better than our yard, especially now.

Last year... well, actually just yesterday after our first significant snow. Signature picture was on 3 Nov... hint of green grass. Probably wont see that color on the ground until March or later. Depends how this strange Winter pans out.
