Will it fit???

I was looking at buying the Mini Cooper JCW GP Rear Diffuser Kit R56 Hatchback 2012-2013 and I have a 2012 Mini JCW R58 Coupe with the aero bumper.

The seller is telling me that it fits the JCW w/ Aero bumper R56 but is not sure if it will work for the R58... I was hoping that maybe someone here has had experience with one and can tell me if it will in fact fit.

Thanks so much!!!

Alex

Yes, fits Coupes and Roadsters S/JCW with the JCW body kit. Great mod on these cars, looks great. Simple DIY fit too, I did mine on a set of cheap drive up ramps.

I have never seen mud flaps on a Mini with a JCW aero kit before. I suppose you also have them at the front.

I do. The back ones fit as-is, the front need modification, I re-shaped them with a wooden template and a heat gun. There's a thread in the Roadster section. Seems to help quite a bit in the winter.

Yea, if you have the JCW aero kit and you need flaps, this even looks better then the rally armor ones. It really follows the lines.

I have a club member with an R56 that put the diffuser on with his larger exhaust tips and he had to shave a fair amount off with a dremel(to the point where it has one less clip in it now) in order for it to fit and not rub.

With JCW exhaust:

Its not noticeable from the outside, it just trimmed down the flat part between the two ducts.
