I know the Cabrio goes on sale really soon here, but has anyone received their order yet? I'm a regular on the MCS forum but things should start heating up around here right?

 

No deliveries of the new convertible until March 28th. There are new convertibles on the lots though.

Are you sure? ACcording to the folks at Ask Mini, and when you call the customer support line, dealers are allowed to deliver the initial custom order Minis any time this week. While the actual launch date is tomorrow at 9am dealer local time, dealers were told they could deliver vehicles to customers when they are ready any time this week.

I'm guesisng it's up to each dealer if they wish to do that or not.

Sunnygirl, don't be shy. I'm sure it was ok for you to get yours when you did. Be proud You might be the first customer for the R57 in the US and that is pretty cool! I just ordered mine a few weeks ago so I have a while to wait, it is looking like June '09 hopefully

 

She was definetly the first on NAM I think. A few days before the launch of the Mini in the US. I think there's about 15 to 20 more who have either picked up their up since then or atleast have them on order. The numbers are growing for sure.

 

Well you will love when it arrives , and now that the weather has warmed it is perfect convertible weather.....
