sooooo.... ROSEY SHOULD BE HERE ON FRIDAY!!!! I had told them that I didn't want to take her to the airport with me this weekend so I was going to postpone picking her up until got back in town. I got the call this morning that they'd like me to bring in my old car this weekend to trade in so I'll get max value (?!) as it'll drop a bunch after Jan 1. And since they know I don't want to take my car to the airport, they're going to give me a Demo car... This is freaking insane! I've never heard of a car dealership being this accommodating! So yes, I'll be giving birth this weekend but I'll be taking the wrong baby home for a week or so while they do my gas cap and all that fun stuff! wohoo! So excited!

Another cold day here in the Southwest. CARJOY actually dinged the 37F warning this morning on the way to work! That hasn't happened before so hell must be freezing over!

 

We are keeping the chrome talk in a private place....not to share with the general crowd! (sneak sneak!)

I think I'll be happy just to be in a mini, any mini- and I'll get to have a nice long drive in one to Raleigh and the airport without having to worry about the break in period and all that jazz. I'll know for sure what is happening tomorrow. None of this will happen if Rosey doesn't get to the dealer tomorrow. I'm still in shock that the dealership is willing to help me this much! Usually they're looking for ways to screw you out of a few thousand but they're actually trying to help me get an extra thousand or 2. It just seems so contradictory Dealership=helpful and nice! Although I don't want to sing their complete praises yet until I get my gas cap installed and actually have Rosey in my posession, I've bit myself in the butt a few times with that already elsewhere.

You know that happy dance that Snoopy does? That's me at the moment!

 

Sounds like a great dealership Kitty! Hang on to it tight! I know with mine, there's the SALES side which is very aggressive, and then the SERVICE side which is slow and steady...not so aggressive. But it is still an awesome dealership! Worth their weight in gold!
