I ordered it about two months ago and have been patiently waiting and today I am actually Picking up my mini at NWmini I have been visiting this forum for months now and I think It might be time to join.

Get the Wife unit in here Zorg. She will need our help to make it through this period of time. We have all been through it and while we cannot make the time go faster, we can at least take joy in watching her go nuts.

 

Better yet, tell her that since the stress in not good for her, you will become the intended designated driver so that she no longer needs to think about the wait.

And, yeah, like skuzzy can help her ride out the wait in a sane matter.

Gotta love a bunch of nuts. For the record, I wanted the british racing green, but wifey had veto power over anything dealing with style and color. So, NFR it is.

Details: white roof, basic MC, convenience package, fog lights. We definitely went light on the options to save the bank account, but it has what matters the most: a stick shift. Took me a 5mn test drive to want to order one. I know a little twisty road not foo far from where I live. Can't wait to take it there.

 

It should be noted that Nightfire Red owners are (in general) bigger lunatics then Oxygen Blue owners...and I mean this in the possible nicest way. Our thread is like 5 pages back!!!

 

I like to think of us NFR owners as being highly creative with the inate ability to view the world from a very different perspective than most folks can.

And we dunt(tm) care how you option your Mini. Its all about what you like and want, So, Zorg, is this a shared Mini then? Will your Wife unit be joining the online party? Is she concerned about how to get things whiter and brighter? We have many questions. Yes,..we do.

 

To answer your questions. No, me wifey no joining online demented party. As for the shared Mini, it depends whom you ask. I bet if I asked her, the answer would be no. Guess I'll keep zoom zoom in the Mazda 6, and once in a while I'll find a reason why I should drive the Mini. My secret plan is to wait a couple years for the other car loans to be over so that I can buy myself an MCS.

 

I think I'll just automatically file Zorg's significant other as the registered owner of this "yet to be named" NFR MINI.......If you need to access the club's filing system...just look under ZW.....(Zorg's wife).....

 

Why would you put it under Zorg's Wife unit? I am sure that would be uncomfortable for her. And she ain't even going to join the parteh!!!

It's good to see our group is growing. (We do need the gals back....I'm feeling a little lonely....Zorg, are you sure your wife won't jump in once in a while?)

LOL! I was referring to the NFR ladies. And I carefully placed a question mark at the end of that sentence. More of a query than declaration. We have had a couple bail on us. I was just surmising the possibilites.
