Supreme..

Lucyl,

So very cool. Enjoy the ride. Are you the last from the Titus to pick up your MINI?

Nice passenger, swag or from the MINI store at your dealer?

More American than ours, almost!

Your MINI is great, I thing the R99s and all the black out are super. Let us know how it does up at MINI United.

Pictures please in a new thread.

Enjoy the drive over and up.

My New R56

Well, it's been two months since I bought my '07 MCS, and I finally got around to washing it (first time since I bought it). I figured it was a good time to take some pictures...I drove it up to an overlook on Mulholland Blvd. in Los Angeles. I'll take some more artsy pictures when I get them time.

Looking at it the alcantara is not where I grip the wheel!

And not to take the charm away but alcantara is the european brand name for what we call "ultra-suede" in the US. Yup, is and always has been. That said, its good stuff.

I bought it off the lot at Long Beach Mini in Signal Hill, CA. I was going to custom order one, but this one, one the lot, was everything I had already configured (minus the steering wheel controls, which I was okay with ditching and saving a few hundred).

About 1300 miles on it and it's a blast!

Hattat, the car looks really great! How's the ride quality on those 18's? Any plans to lower the car?

Not much difference in the ride quality but I`m very careful while driving because of the low profile tires. I don`t want to damge the wheels because of a pothole.

I will lower the car. I`m expecting H&R coilovers to arrive next week. I will post pictures and ride report after I`ll install them.
