I have to say that when I saw your blue mini I thought it was the coolest I had seen, then your dads car appeared. You two have a pair of very cool Mini's Great taste.

quality and service

There are several threads about the problem. But in a few words, after 4 months of owning the car, a horrible cluncking sound came out of the front left side. After months in the shop, the "Mini Expert" for Mexico told me that the sound was normal (they have not been able to show me another car with the problem) and that nothing else could be done. Along with all the repairs done to the car during those two months, a lot of ugly little details were left on the car that have not been taken care of yet! It is now for sale!

I think the Dealer just doesn't want to take responsibility. I've had mine since November and the car has been very reliable, except for the sunroof shades that kept opening, but it was taken care, by replacing some parts.

Nice color by the way.

Sad but true. Neither the Dealer nor BMW/mini Mexico wanted to do anything else after 8 weeks of trying. No Lemon Law nor anything similar down here to protect consumers.

Wish it was, but they changed the entire right front suspension, steering arm, steering column, gearbox and differential, and other parts and the noise never went away. I am pretty sure it is something lose around that area, but they could never find it.
