R56 R56 Production #
I am awaiting trasnport too! Mine will be coming to Charleston. I was looking at the WW site and boats due there that my MINI can take are due in port on the 10th and 14th of Feb.
I will be pushing it to get to the dealer by launch, so I am resigning myself to the fact that I will probably not see it until the week after the launch.
At least I will know that it is getting closer each day!

Thanks Pez,
I lost track of the Integrity after it left the Bristish South Coast. I for one would love to continue to get these so if you get heat for thread hogging please PM me with the updates.
Thanks
Jim

Today I called Ask Mini and it said my car was in the body shop. Maybe a dumb question but where in the process is that?
Pez - Great map! I think its cool that you are tracking it, I cant wait to do the same thing.

I just checked on the Don Juan, and it seemed like it was not covering as much distance as when it first set out - so I started looking at the chart at the bottom and its so. Down like 50km. Then I noticed the current stats on the weather - it says:
Waves 8.0 meters (26 feet), 9 second period
Not the perfect storm, but those sound like big waves to me. Of course I get sea sick so, the idea of bobbing around in the atlantic with a boat load of mini anchors is not too appealing in the first place. But I suppose this could slow down progress a bit.

WTF??? Mine has been built since 1/17 supposedly but still doesn't have a boat. That's kinda fishy... I wonder why that is.. Yours was done later and it already has a boat? I wonder if it's one of my options.
Last time I checked the waves on the Don Juan were down to 5ft, and it looked like it took a dip south. I have to check this morning.

10ft this morning, but they have picked up some steam, and heading back north towards Halifax.

Not sure where to post this otherwise, seems a shame to start a whole thread just for a couple simple questions:
First, on the sunroof, what are the different options for how open/closed it is? I know the 2 both can tilt up. Does the front or back one open all the way?
Second, is the a 12V outlet anywhere in the car (as standard)? Specifically, the S?
Third, any week 10 builds get a production number yet? (That would be the auto trans or sat nav folks.)
Thanks!

It does seem too far to make it in by today. Maybe they should hook all the MINIs up to the skrews and put some turbo power behind that ship!
Based on the last few days progress it seems they are doing 250mi a day and it looks like they have 3 more days based on that pace unless she makes up that time.
The trip was supposed to take 9 days and the crossing is what 3200 miles? If so that should be about 250 mi a day.
I think she lost time when she got lost the other day.
