First 2nd gen ever

SO I DID MY OWN RESEARCH AND HOMEWORK AND FINALLY DECIDED TO GO WITH THE 2012 JCW AFTER SEEING A COUPLE DIFF CARS THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO RESPONDED ON THE PRIOR THREAD WHEN INWAS TRYING TO DECIDE WHAT CAR TO BUY ENDED UP DRIVING FROM NYC TO SOUTH CAROLINA AND LET ME TEL YOU THE DRIVE WAS WELL WORTH IT HERES WHAT SHE LOOKS LIKE

thanks but deff n14 motor jcw only used the n18 in 2013

I go way overboard and check oil once a week, with my n14. Just keep an eye on things under the hood and you’ll be fine, keep up on maintenance.

Actually this is not correct.

N18 motors started form 04 or 05 /12 till 05 or 06/13.

There are many N18 engine on 2012. Im talking for PRODUCTION not from first registration.

Ok..Do it as you think ,however mine is 12/12 and afriends of mine is 06/12 both with N18 engines.

FWIW:
First production references of an N18 engine in a JCW/GP2 are from November 2011. June 2012 was the last month an N14 engine was fitted into a JCW at factory.
